Sunday's Open House at Heron Cove

The weather on Sunday was incredible and the only thing keeping up with the pace of snow-melt was the rate of attendees coming in to see the Heron Cove Condominiums!  In all seriousness, we had a great turnout and a wide mix of folks interested in this style of living...everything from professionals working in local offices, potential first-time home buyers, those looking to downsize from a single family house...

It really illustrated to us that Heron Cove appeals to a broad section of home buyers.  Several attendees commented on the great "finishes" in the model unit such as granite counters and hardwood floors while others were really drawn to the bright views down to the water.

Interest in South Portland Condos

We haven't even officially "launched" our promotion of these great condos, but we're already getting a great response from potential Heron Cove buyers and buyer brokers.

One of the things we're hearing is just how nice the condo units are.  People really love the layout, quality of construction and the "finishes."  It doesn't hurt that we have a model unit that is really staged to illustrate the potential of the bright, open homes.

Next week we'll be kicking off the true launch of this project with the dedicated Heron Cove Condominium web site and all the associated materials which will really help buyers and agents get a grip on what this new community has to offer.
