There has been quite a bit of chatter about the number of condo units hitting the market in Portland these days (both "condo-ized" multi-family properties as well as new construction condos). But the condominium concept continues to spread out from Portland's borders in some creative ways.
Shepard's Way in Gorham (just around the corner from our office) is a neighborhood of free-standing condominium homes.
